SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- At Cosy Dwellings, our aim is to ship your products quickly and safely all across India.
- We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
- We try our best to ship orders to you as soon as possible. Normally we ship within 2 days of receiving the order. Delivery time will vary based on location but still, we aim our best to have your order delivered within 6-7 working days
- If quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per style, or if the ordered item is under production, then it may take a little longer to process the order. But we shall keep you informed by email.
- In case you do not receive your product within the specified time frame we request you to either raise a concern via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9870490447 and our team will help you out in the best way possible.
- We ship your products through registered courier companies in India. Our delivery partners attempt thrice to deliver the parcel to you, after which the parcel is returned back to us.
- We request you to provide a mobile number you are available at and your complete address along with the pin code to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for order deliveries.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
In case of damaged/broken/wrong product, you have the choice of either calling for a replacement or requesting a refund
- To exchange your product, we request you to raise your concern via email at supportcosydwellings.com within 24 hours of you receiving the product along with the order number and exchange details.
- Please ensure all product tags and packaging is intact before raising an exchange request.
- In case of damaged/broken/missing items, we request you to kindly send us pictures or an unboxing video of the same within 24 hours of order delivery.
- Returns are not applicable on bulk and corporate orders.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- You can return all items within 7 days of you receiving the product. Items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4 business days from the date of your request for exchange or return.
- Refunds will be processed only for damaged or defective items. In both COD or prepaid orders, you will need to provide us with your bank details and the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days after the refund request is raised. Refunds can also be processed via Paytm or Google pay.
- In case of order cancellation, you will need to inform us within 24 hours of you placing the order. Once shipped the order cannot be canceled.
Though we aim at a hassle-free process of returns and exchanges there are certain exceptions to the case:
- If the return request is made after 7 days in case of returning and 24 hours in case of the damaged and defective product received.
- If anything is missing from the parcel including tags, labels, and accessories.
- Product is damaged, misused/mishandled due to human error.
